The Booster Stage is an ultra-compact 2HP Eurorack amplifier module designed to bring line-level signals from desktop synthesizers, drum machines, and external effects into a modular system. It provides clean gain staging for integration, while also offering aggressive saturation behavior when pushed.
The module features four independent amplifier stages. Inputs are normalized so a single incoming signal can be distributed across all four outputs, making it useful for signal duplication or multi-routing into a modular system. When the output of one stage is patched into the input of another, the circuit transitions into a high-gain op-amp overdrive configuration, allowing for rich distortion and saturation effects.
In addition to line-level integration, the Booster Stage can also function as a guitar or bass input interface, making it suitable for external instruments that benefit from modular-level processing and distortion.
Designed for compact systems, it is skiff-friendly and optimized for low power consumption.
