WS-12 12'' 1000W Powered Subwoofer (Single).
The WS-12 subwoofer was designed to deliver accurate, authoritative low end for recording studios, and also to be used on stage in light-duty applications. Whether you need to mix very low frequency content, or if you're just looking for some punch, the WS-12 is the choice for you.
The WS-12 plays down to 23Hz at -10dB. This is low enough to reveal details in very low frequencies in film soundtracks, as well as bass-heavy music like EDM and Hip-Hop. This bandwidth also makes the WS-12 an excellent choice for live playback of these genres.
Low Noise Port Tube
Similar to the LP-Series Studio Monitors, the port tube on the WS-12 was designed to deliver all the benefits of a front-firing port tube, without any drawbacks associated with noise.
The port tube on the WS-12 was designed to ensure that all of the air leaves the port tube at the same velocity. This helps add to the low end response of the subwoofer, while keeping the bass clean, tight, and devoid of extra noise.
Selectable Crossovers
The WS-12 has selectable crossovers every 20 Hz between 40 Hz and 140 Hz.
Gain Adjustment
6 dB steps allow easy adjustment between free space, against walls, or in corners.
Polarity
Reverse the sub's polarity for better phase response in your system.
Footswitch
Bypass the sub at the press of a button to listen to your mix on full-range speakers. The sub turns off, and output signal is no longer high passed when bypassed.
