The Make Noise ‘+5V Power Adapter’ for Eurorack is a small, efficient and affordable way to put +5V in Eurorack Systems. It supplies up to 1.5A of +5V with 95% efficiency and plugs into Doepfer style bus boards to supply +5V to the corresponding supply line. It does not generate any noticeable amount of heat — no need for a bulky heat-sink. Users may distribute the +5V power to other bus boards via the quick connect pins found on most Doepfer style bus boards. Since there are up to 1.5 Amps available with a maximum current draw of 650mA at +12V, it should not be a problem to bus throughout a small system. Please check the available current in user system before bussing throughout it.
