• Aftertouch Scaling setting in the Settings menu to determine the force needed to fully trigger Aftertouch from Summit's keyboard.
• A Patch Cue mode is now available in Settings. When on, patches won't load until confirmed by pressing Single or Multi.
• Animate Envelopes. Attack and Release envelopes for each animate button found in the Envelope menu.
• LFO 3+4 Additional parameters found in the LFO menu:
• Phase
• Slew
• Fade in time
• New FX Mod Destinations:
• Reverb Size
• Reverb Low Pass
• Reverb High Pass
• Delay Slew
• Delay LF Damp
• Delay HF Damp
• Delay Width
• Delay Ratio
• LFO3 Rate
• LFO4 Rate
• Noise LPF
• Noise HPF
• Additional Chorus modes found in the FX menu:
• Flanger
• Phlanger - a flanger tuned to have phaser like effects
• Delay Time Mode added to FX menu. Reduces sample rate of the delay to extend the max delay time available, as well as degrading the delay tone to emulate vintage digital / tape delays.
• Noise added as a mod source.
• Arp Chance added to arp menu to affect the probability of the arp playing the next step.
• Chord2 mode added to arp. This interacts with arp chance on a per note basis. This means Chord and Chance can be used for entire Chord probability, while Chord2 can be used for probability of each note in a chord.
• Additional Seq added to local modes. Local mode designed for use with an external sequencer: keys, wheel & aftertouch send MIDI and don't affect the engine, panel controls affect the engine and don't send MIDI.
Bug Fixes:
• Fixed an issue where VCA gain controls did not affect voices 9-16 in Single mode (both via local and external MIDI control).
• Modulation from LFO 3+4 now affects voices 9-16.
• Sending performance data via external MIDI control (including Modulation Wheel, Breath, Expression, etc) now affects voices 9-16.
• Fixed syncing issue with external MIDI clocks where it took a while to respond to clock correctly.
• FM controls now send and respond to their NRPN messages:
FM OSC3->1 Manual Amount NRPN 25:13 0-127 (0 to +127)
FM OSC1->2 Manual Amount NRPN 25:17 0-127 (0 to +127)
FM OSC2->3 Manual Amount NRPN 25:21 0-127 (0 to +127)
• Fixed an issue where some front panel controls still had an effect on the engine when Local is Off.
• Changed the way Aftertouch and other performance data from external MIDI is being received on the Global channel when using multi parts, such that:
Layer Mode - Both parts respond to MIDI received on the Global Channel.
Split Mode - MIDI received on the Global Channel affects both engines in accordance with the split settings, for example, if the split point is
C3, anything below C3 will affect part A and C3 and above will affect part B.
Dual Mode - MIDI received on the global channel affects the currently selected part - i.e. A, B, or Both.
• Fixed an issue where patch location was displayed incorrectly when viewing single patches inside a Multi-Patch.
