The Diversity Fin is a multi-purpose antenna that reduces dropouts with a cross-polarized hybrid design. It integrates one LPDA and one dipole antenna in a right-angle configuration. One element captures vertically polarized waves, and the other captures horizontally polarized waves. This design performs the same function as two "shark fin" paddles while significantly enhancing RF and audio performance. The antenna comes with a wall mount bracket for permanent installations.
DISTRO9 HDR Multi-Zone Antenna Distributor
The DISTRO9 HDR introduces a novel approach to RF signal distribution for wireless microphones. It replaces traditional internal splitters with advanced “divide-by-three” circuitry, enabling up to nine low-noise channels of diversity wireless. The system utilizes low-noise amplifiers and superior gain structure to maintain a high dynamic range across the spectrum.
Any DISTRO9 HDR RF output can be cascaded to a second unit (sold separately), expanding to 17 wireless microphone channels within just 2 RU of rack space. The two-zone antenna inputs allow coverage for large areas or multiple rooms, with DC power provided for in-line amplifiers or active antennas.
The internal power supply provides clean DC power to nine wireless microphone receivers using the included DC power cable kit, and the system can also be powered by a DC battery source for location sound-cart setups.
