Dual Concentric Driver
The 520-Watt 200 mm (8") Dual Concentric driver in the VX 8 uses TANNOY’s point source technology to ensure high power output with sensitivity and efficiency. It delivers precise 90° dispersion for optimum coverage with exceptional forward gain.
Performance Applications
The trapezoidal enclosure design allows versatile placement, including small-scale FOH, floor monitor, delay, and stage front fill deployment. A blanking plate is included for optional VTH pole mounting atop a subwoofer in portable PA setups. Optional VX 8 high-performance steel mounting hardware (sold separately) includes a horizontal yoke bracket and Omnimount spaced inserts for wall or ceiling installation. All hardware is tested and certified with a greater than 5:1 safety ratio for complete peace of mind.
