The Keeley Tube Drive Twin Triode Dual Overdrive combines two distinct overdrive circuits in one versatile pedal: a genuine high-voltage 12AX7 tube overdrive and the legendary Keeley Phat Mod. Use each side independently, stack them together, or switch their order to create everything from warm, touch-sensitive tube breakup to thick, saturated drive tones.
The tube section runs both triodes in series in Class A, delivering dynamic response, rich harmonic character, and authentic tube-driven grit. The Phat Mod side adds punch, sustain, and amp-like drive while preserving your instrument's clarity and character.
A simple foot gesture lets you switch the order of the two effects, while selectable true-bypass or silent buffered switching makes the Tube Drive easy to integrate into modern pedalboards. The pedal also includes a Remote jack for external control of each side.
The Tube Drive features a Keeley-selected 12AX7 tube that is burned-in and fully tested, protected by a custom matte-black tube shroud. The tube can be replaced using the included tube extraction pin and Allen key.
Built, assembled, tested, and finished at Keeley Electronics in Oklahoma City, the Tube Drive delivers genuine tube character with the flexibility required for modern pedalboards.
