The Old Blood Noise Endeavors Minim Immediate Ambient Machine is a reverb, delay, and reverse modulation pedal designed for instant atmosphere and evolving textures. Inspired by OBNE’s collaboration with Datachoir on The Rever, Minim takes that original concept and re-voices it entirely, introducing new internal architecture and expanded ambient possibilities.
At the heart of Minim is a lush reverb paired with harmonic tremolo, alongside a modulated delay capable of infinite repeats. The left side of the pedal is dedicated to reverse processing, with independent controls for mix and speed. This reverse section can be placed either before or after the reverb and delay, allowing for smooth ambient washes when placed first, or glitchy, fractured textures when placed last.
Designed for players who want depth without complexity, Minim excels at creating swelling soundscapes, reversed motion, and immersive ambience with minimal effort. Whether used subtly or pushed into experimental territory, Minim is equally suited for guitar, synths, and other electronic instruments.
